1. Why would I prefer to use cross-linked foam?
Cross-linking can improve physical properties of the foam, including water-proof, tensile strength, elongation,heat stability and so on.
2. What is difference between XPE and EVA Foam?
IXPE pad is made by polyethylene foam material. polyethylene itself is non-toxic and odorless.it does not contain any toxic auxiliary agent and uses a high-temperature foaming agent. IXPE has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. IXPE has high mechanical strength and long-lasting properties. Anti-aging, stable chemical. Touching is soft, looks fine and smooth.
EVA surface finish and flatness of the product are poor. EVA coils are welded to achieve a longer size. Has an unpleasant smell. The surface has spile hole.

The max. width we produce is 1700mm depends on different spec. Standard black, white,, gray, orange, green,and custom colors are available.
